This blended programme combines the best of both worlds. On-site sessions are held once a month on weekends in our Montessori classrooms in Seremban or Kuala Lumpur, with two residential sessions of 6–10 days each year. Online sessions run on a weekly basis and require 100% live participation.
The Elementary Montessori Diploma is the first ever Montessori teacher training programme delivered entirely from an Islamic perspective. Designed for teachers who want to make a real difference, this diploma prepares you to guide children’s development in alignment with their fitrah — their true, God-given nature.
Over 18 months to 2 years, you will study the full breadth of Montessori pedagogy — from Practical Life and Sensorial to Mathematics, Language, and Islamic Studies — all taught through the lens of Islamic education. You will graduate as a fully qualified Montessori Teacher, equipped with both the spiritual grounding and the practical skills to create a nurturing, authentic Montessori environment.

Assessment Requirements:
A: The MACTE-accredited Islamic Montessori Diploma is delivered through a blended learning format, combining self-paced online study, live online classes, face-to-face residency training in Malaysia, and a supervised practicum.
A: The online component includes weekly pre-recorded lectures, one live online class each weekend, participation in discussion forums, weekly assignments, and independent study.
A: Students should expect to commit approximately 7–10 hours per week to the online component, including watching lectures, attending live classes, participating in discussions, completing assignments, and independent study.
A: Yes. The pre-recorded lectures can be completed at your own pace each week. However, students are still required to attend the scheduled live online classes and meet weekly course deadlines.
A: Yes. Attendance and active participation in the live online classes are compulsory aspart of the program requirements.
A: The residency focuses on practical Montessori training, including material presentations, supervised practice, classroom observation, and practical assessments that cannot be completed online.
A: The practicum allows students to apply Montessori theory in a real classroom setting while developing their teaching skills under the guidance of experienced Montessori educators.
A: Students who are unable to travel may enrol in the fully online Islamic Montessori Associate Diploma. This pathway includes the complete online curriculum but does not include the residency or practicum required for MACTE accreditation.
